Lead the visual side of six retained accounts across food, telecoms and one bank. Built the Arabic type system the agency now opens every brand with, instead of picking a Latin font and hoping the Arabic sits next to it.

Own the settlement pipeline that reconciles roughly 90,000 transactions a day. Cut end-of-day reconciliation from four hours to eleven minutes by moving it off cron and onto a partitioned queue. Mentor two juniors.

Built the driver assignment service behind a fleet of 300 vehicles. Wrote the first real test suite the codebase had, which took deploys from weekly and nervous to daily and dull.

Maintained internal tooling for a team of forty. Learned more from reading other people's code than from anything I wrote that year.

Lead a department of nine. Rewrote the Year 10 scheme of work around problem sets instead of worked examples; pass rates rose and, more usefully, so did the number of students taking maths further.

Taught grades 9 to 12 and ran the weekly olympiad club. Two of my students reached the national round.
