Four screens instead of one, an upload step that survives a dropped connection on the metro, and a review page that names the exact paper still missing. Approval time went from six days to two.

Experience
Own the merchant side of a small-business lending app: the application form, the document upload, the repayment schedule. Split one long form into four screens that save as you go, and the drop-off between starting an application and submitting it fell from 61% to 24%.
example.comRebuilt the checkout of a forty-branch retail chain. Arabic was an afterthought in the old build; in the new one it is the default and English is the variant, which removed an entire class of layout bug.
Wrote internal dashboards for a payroll product, then spent most of my second year fixing what I wrote in the first.
