Privacy Policy

Velorah stores the professional information you enter — your profile, CVs, portfolio content and any media you upload — so it can generate documents and, if you choose, a public profile page.

What we store

• Account details: name, email address and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
• Professional profile content in Arabic and English, plus the CVs and portfolios you build from it.
• Uploaded media, validated on the server for type, size and dimensions.
• Payment submissions for manual transfers: reference number, payer name and phone, amount, date and any proof image you attach.

Public profiles

A portfolio is private until you publish it. Publishing makes the page reachable at your username, and you separately control whether search engines may index it. Turning indexing off adds a noindex directive and removes the page from our sitemap. Unpublishing returns the URL to a 404 immediately.

Analytics

For published portfolios we count page views, unique visitors, contact clicks and social link clicks. Uniqueness is derived from a one-way hash of IP address and user agent. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not track visitors across other sites.

Retention

Your content stays yours. If a subscription lapses, paid features stop working but nothing you created is deleted. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting support.
