By creating a Velorah account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for keeping your credentials safe. One person, one account.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and are the only authoritative source. Payment is made by manual transfer through Vodafone Cash or InstaPay: you create an order, transfer the exact amount, and submit the transaction reference. An administrator reviews the submission and either approves it — activating the subscription for the period you selected — or rejects it with a stated reason.

Subscriptions run for the period purchased and expire at the end of it. Expiry disables paid features; it never deletes your content.

Published content

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By publishing a portfolio you make that page publicly accessible and grant us permission to serve it.

Acceptable use

Published pages must not contain spam, phishing, malicious links, abusive content, or impersonation of another person or organisation. We may suspend a portfolio or an account that breaks these rules, and we record a reason whenever we do.

Usernames

Usernames are allocated first come, first served. Platform routes are reserved and cannot be claimed. We may reclaim a username used to impersonate someone.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
